From 2010 the French round of the WRC will take place over the asphalt stages of the new 'Rallye d'Alsace'. The rally replaces the Tour of Corsica and is based in 'Loeb country' including a street stage around the world champion's home town!
Rally Travel have plenty of experience of rallies in the Alsace-Vosges area following our work with Peugeot in the late 1990's, and the spectacular asphalt stages around the Vosges mountain range and low-land vineyards will make for an exciting new addition to the WRC.
With stage information and maps likely to be difficult to obtain for this 1st running of the WRC event, Rally Travel will complete a detailed recce of the entire rally route and provide exclusive stage maps, spectator information and GPS Sat-Nav co-ordinates of the rally stages for our guests.
Please note that our Rally Info Packs and Map-Books will only be available to guests booking our tour packages.

Thursday 30th Sept. - Sunday 3rd October 2010All of our packages are currently based at the 2 star Hotel Chateau d'Andlau which is ideally situated for the rally stages (just 8 miles from Stages 9 & 13!) & the service area at Strasbourg.
Rooms at the hotel have en-suite bathrooms and TV (see photo).
The hotel is situated just 2km outside the scenic town of Barr and is in the heart of the Alsace countryside, one of the most famous wine producing areas in Europe.

Why not stay the Sunday night and relax at the hotel before begining your journey home on Monday? Or alternatively we can accommodate a Wednesday-Sunday stay allowing time to visit the rally shakedown on Thursday morning (usually 08:00 -12:00) - simply advise us at the time of booking which option you prefer.

Wednesday 29th Sept. - Monday 4th OctoberOur 5 night packages are always very popular as they allow guests time to explore the area and drive over some of the actual rally stages prior to the weekend.
The Vosges mountains and Alsace vine-yards are well worth a visit as is the Schlumpf car museum at Mulhouse, and the beautiful town of Colmar. Your Rally Travel Representative will be on hand during the week to advise on your sight-seeing options if you wish.

Self Drive - Drive your own car to the Rally!
Each year we make arrangements for guests to drive their own cars across to Rally Germany and we expect several to choose to do the same for the new Rallye de France. The journey to the Alsace from Calais is just over 400 miles along good motorway and we can arrange hotels 'en-route' for those wishing to extend their holiday and visit other parts of Europe.

You can either book online, or if you prefer to, make contact with our friendly and informative Reservations Team either by clicking here to email the team, or by telephone on 01765 640055.
1. As most of our tours sell out many weeks before the Rallies
themselves it is important that you contact our Reservations Team
on 01765 640055 (0044 1765 640055 from outside UK) to
check the availability of your selected Tour.
2. After confirming the price of your tour, our Reservations Team will advise on your flight options, which you can then book yourself, or we can assist you with.
(Transaction is between you & the airline - We do not buy/sell flights)
3. For bookings made more than 12 weeks before the tour a deposit of £100pp will be required to secure your booking (£50pp deposit if tour cost<£150pp). For bookings made less than 12 weeks prior to the tour, payment will be in full.
4. Payment is taken by VISA, Mastercard, Delta or Switch/Solo
cards. To confirm your booking Rally Travel will issue a 'Confirmation Number’ & send out a booking form which needs to be returned to Rally Travel within 14 days of the booking.
5. Your Rally Info Pack will be sent by post approx. 5-7 days prior to your departure.
